Office and business removals
A commercial move is judged on one thing: how quickly you are working again. Everything else — the crates, the labels, the sequence, the out-of-hours shift — exists to serve that.
Every hour an office is not working costs more than the removal does. That is the whole economics of a commercial move, and it is why the planning matters more here than anywhere else.
We move businesses across Oxfordshire — the professional offices in central Oxford and the market towns, the units on the business parks at Milton, Kidlington and Banbury, the serviced offices and the science-park tenancies.
Out of hours, usually
Most commercial moves we run happen on a Friday evening into a weekend, or overnight. The business closes as normal, and opens on Monday somewhere else. That is more work for us and considerably less disruption for you, and it is normally the right trade.
In central Oxford this is often not a choice. Loading restrictions, bus gates and the Zero Emission Zone operating hours mean a daytime commercial move in some streets is simply not practical. We check that before proposing a schedule.
What we handle and what we do not
We move furniture, crates, records, storage, kitchen and breakout equipment, and IT hardware once it has been disconnected. We do not disconnect or reconnect servers, telephony or specialist laboratory equipment — that is your IT team's or your supplier's work, and we schedule around them.
Saying clearly where the boundary sits is more useful than implying we do everything and then discovering on the night that nobody has decommissioned the comms rack.
Confidential records
A lot of Oxfordshire businesses hold client files, research data or personal records. Those move in sealed, numbered crates with a documented chain of custody, and they are not left unattended in a corridor or a van. If you need certified destruction of anything, we will arrange it with a licensed provider rather than putting it in a skip.

Laboratory and workshop moves have their own rules — specialist equipment is usually decommissioned and handled by its own supplier, and our part is the furniture, storage, records and everything around it. We are clear about that boundary rather than claiming equipment we should not touch.
Professional offices
Solicitors, accountants, agencies and consultancies across Oxford, Banbury, Witney and Abingdon. Desk-by-desk moves with a floor plan, crates, and a numbering system so nobody spends Monday looking for their monitor.
Retail and hospitality
Fit-outs, refits and closures on the market squares and high streets. Loading windows are usually restricted and the street may have a delivery time limit, so these run early or out of hours.
Education and colleges
Departmental moves, office relocations within a college or campus, and the bulk furniture shifts that happen out of term.
